As the Director of External Affairs at Rosie’s Theater Kids, Lauren Wessler Göğüş leads the organization’s efforts to ensure that our students and alumni are supported with the resources they need to succeed both on stage and off. She does this by expanding and deepening the RTKids community, enhancing its visibility, and increasing its financial support through strategic fundraising, partnerships, events, communications, and board relations. Lauren has worked in the nonprofit sector for many years at organizations such as Vital Voices Global Partnership, New America, and Girls Leadership. Just prior to joining RTKids, Lauren worked in advancement and alumnae affairs at The Chapin School. 

She has a BA in International Relations and History from Mount Holyoke College and a master’s in public administration from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service.
